Without the food Natto, there would be no Nattokinase, that is for sure. But what exactly is Natto? Natto is a traditional soybean dish from Japan that has been very popular for over 1000 years. The uniqueness of Natto lies in its production from whole soybeans that are fermented. This fermentation process is initiated by the bacterium Bacillus subtilis natto, which produces the enzyme Nattokinase. This enzyme is available in isolated form in convenient capsules, with Vitamin K removed. Each capsule contains 100 mg of the enzyme, which corresponds to the specified unit of 2000 FU (fibrinolytic units) - the unit used to measure fibrinolytic activity. The capsules are completely natural and free from unnecessary and unwanted additives.
