The vitality mushroom grows on birch bark in swampy forest areas of Russia, Poland, the Baltics, and Finland. These Chaga organic mushroom pieces are exclusively harvested from living birch trees at a height of about 10-15 meters. Traditionally, Chaga is prepared as tea.
