England in the 18th century: In his father's inn "Admiral Benbow," 17-year-old Jim Hawkins accidentally discovers a map of an island with precise details of where the notorious pirate Flint is said to have buried his stolen treasures. Immediately, Jim sets out with a handful of men to prepare a ship for the treasure hunt. The dream of finding a great hidden treasure seems to be within reach.
