Product details
The Titanic gained tragic fame due to the events that occurred during its maiden voyage on April 14, 1912. The "Queen of the Seas," operated by the White Star Line, was set to carry 1,316 passengers from Southampton to New York. Around 11:40 PM that night, the British luxury liner collided with an iceberg in the Atlantic, tearing a nearly 100-meter gash in its starboard side. At approximately 12:20 AM on April 15, the Titanic sank, and 1,503 of the 2,206 people on board lost their lives. The ship, measuring 46,329 gross tons and 267 meters in length, had a displacement of 66,000 tons. Authentic decals, detailed deck, two propellers, four smokestacks, and a display stand.
