With the huge bucket wheel excavator - the largest LEGO Technic set to date - you can enter the world of opencast mining on a large scale. This highly detailed 2-in-1 model has been designed to deliver a thrilling and rewarding building and gaming experience and is equipped with a variety of motorized features. This also includes forward and reverse travel, the running conveyor belts, the functional boom with rotating bucket wheel and the rotating structure. You can also convert the model into a mobile processing plant. A LEGO Power Functions motor is included to power a variety of motorized functions, including forward and reverse travel, rotating bucket wheel, moving conveyors and rotating bodywork, as well as a working bucket wheel delivery. Also included are walkways with handrails, lights, elements representing excavated material and a robust dump truck. Turn on the LEGO Power Functions engine and manoeuvre the giant colossus into position on its tracks. Activate the conveyor belts and the bucket wheel, both motorized.
Move the joystick to rotate the massive structure. Lift and lower the huge bucket wheel arm. Follow the excavated material from the bucket wheel to the running conveyor belt and to the waiting dump truck. This LEGO Technic model is designed to provide a captivating and rewarding building experience. This set contains more than 3,900 parts and is the largest LEGO Technic set to date. 2-in-1 model: Can be converted into a mobile processing plant. This set offers children and adolescents aged 11 to 16 an age-appropriate building experience. The bucket wheel excavator is 41 cm high, 72 cm long and 29 cm wide. The mobile processing plant is 21 cm high, 88 cm long and 21 cm wide. The dump truck is 10 cm high, 19 cm long and 10 cm wide.
