Honey, I Shrunk the Kids (USA 1989, 89 min., Rated PG): Rick Moranis plays the absent-minded inventor who accidentally shrinks his children to the size of a pencil tip. Due to an unfortunate accident, they end up in the trash can and are taken to the garden with the garbage, which presents a jungle of dangers for the tiny kids. They must fight against giant insects, endure daring chases on the backs of massive bees, and experience a torrential downpour. The kids tumble from one adventure to the next.

Honey, We Shrunk Ourselves (USA 1992, 85 min., Rated PG): The chaotic inventor Wayne Szalinski just can't catch a break with his inventions. After realizing three years ago, "Honey, I Shrunk the Kids," his new invention has the exact opposite effect.
