Together they go to high school - just like normal teenagers. Nevertheless, Tai and his friends are hiding a secret: they are DigiKnights who ventured into the digital world some time ago and formed a
bond with digital monsters there.
But they now have to face very different problems than they did in their childhood days. The DigiRitters of yesteryear hardly have any time for each other anymore. Tai plays soccer, Matt has a band, Mimi is in the USA, and little TK has grown up quite a bit, too. The gates to the DigiWorld have also long since closed. But suddenly Kuwagamon rages on Odaiba and a short time later the Digimon are also back at their partners' side.
The joy of their reunion does not last long, however, because a new, overpowering enemy enters the scene and the Digiritter suspect that this battle is only the beginning of a new adventure, the extent of which they themselves can not yet grasp. (6 Blu-rays)
