Berlin Friedrichstrasse: Palace of Tears

Inseparable, until that one momentBerlin, early 1950s. The Second World War has torn deep wounds. The Friederichstraße train station was also partially destroyed, and the expertise of engineer Robert is needed for reconstruction. Meanwhile, Lilli, the daughter of Robert's deceased wife Luise, has twins. Anna and Carla grow up with their single mother in post-war East Berlin.
