Twenty-nine-year-old Akiko lives as a single woman in self-chosen solitude in Tokyo. One evening, she unexpectedly encounters Kento, her first love from school days. Kento leads a reclusive life as a Hikikomori, only daring to venture outside at night. At the same time, Akiko discovers a life lie in her mother's estate that calls all her certainties into question. She must admit to herself that she doesn't know who she is.
