Thanks to the hardened steel cutting wheels and the abrasion-resistant steel blade, all sheet types up to 1.5 mm can be processed effortlessly. Whether making straight cuts or curves, the metal shear cuts cleanly and without distortion. The construction can be quickly and easily mounted on workbenches or clamped in a vise, thanks to pre-drilled holes on the device arm. This ensures a secure stand and additional stability while cutting.

Comfort and safety are convincing features of this metal shear; for example, it has a shear pin at the bottom of the guide roll that protects the device from overload. The cutting rollers are operated using a ratchet lever, ensuring a constant feed of the sheet metal. Additionally, the sheet transport can be reversed, allowing for clean cutting of inner corners.
