The SUNBURST radial brushes from TYROLIT are the ideal solution for light deburring, cleaning, as well as fine and polishing operations on a variety of materials, particularly in hard-to-reach areas. They remove thin layers from most surfaces without damaging the underlying material. The generation of heat and dust is minimal. With the shaft mounting system, they are ready for immediate use on straight grinders. The sharp abrasive grain embedded in the thin, flexible bristles allows for a fast and even finish. For most applications, the working speed ranges between 8,000 and 10,000 rpm. Lower speeds enable a softer approach, greater flexibility, and finer results. Higher speeds allow for more aggressive material removal. Light pressure on the bristles maximizes the lifespan of the brushes. Shaft diameter: 6 mm.
