For those who want to quickly and, above all, non-destructively measure moisture in materials such as wood or mineral building materials, the BM40 is a reliable partner. Simply place the measuring electrodes of the device on or against the material to be tested.

Moisture measurement is carried out using capacitive sensors through a dielectric measurement method that is completely non-destructive, as no electrodes or probes need to be inserted into the material being measured. For increased accuracy of the values displayed directly in weight percentage, correction factors for different types of materials are available.
