Good device
Can't really say anything negative about this device. Compact, well thought out and technically mature. Extremely useful is the fact that you can also use low-threshold charging sources via the USB-C port (with a correspondingly longer charging time).
The device also offers other really clever functions.
The app itself seems to be more of a gadget, because the device can be controlled without it and also shows all the information on the built-in display.
When the fan is running, it is very audible :-)Pro

NO SUPPORTED IN SWITZERLAND. Galaxus and Ecoflow don't care
DO NOT BUY ECOFLOW PRODUCTS. THERE IS NO POSSIBILITY TO REPAIR FOR OUR SWITZERLAND MARKET AS PER ANSWER FROM ECOFLOW AFTER A FAILED FIRMWARE UPGRADE. Furthermore, Galaxus says that they do not sell the product directly, sold by a third part vendor and are not responsible for it even if they certainly get a commission on the selling price. So if you buy and something goes wrong, you will enter an insane ping pong game.
"Although I would like to arrange a repair service for you within my approval area, the relevant process is impossible to carry out because of your current residence (Switzerland). Since our repair center is in Germany, you need to send the device back to Germany. This can result in very enormous postage costs and diverse tariffs during the return process between the two countries. The return between Germany and Switzerland has never succeeded. It is unacceptable and senseless for you as well as for us. I hope that you can understand this explanation of the current situation of your device. "

Overengineered disappointment after the big ones

- Loud vent, even switches on when only 9-10 W dc is used
- No night mode (vent off)
- Approximately 69% dc/dc efficiency measured
- Strong high frequency 6 V/m pulses (HF EMF e-smog): not compliant with CH or DE safety regulations
- Instead of the useless inefficient 15 W wireless gimmick a 120 W usb-c would be handy
- Max 100 W car/solar load, does not work correct with either of my current panels
- Fingerprint magnet
- WiFi instead of Bluetooth and/or ethernet (w PD)
- EU plugs instead of multi (including CH)
- Not recommended for CPAP (see the above negatives)
- I'd even not use it for camping, only emergency (but I've got a bigger one for that)

Unfortunately, it only charges from the solar panel when at least 10 watts come in
Solar panel charging is my main application.
Since it only charges from 10 watts, everything is lost when it is slightly cloudy.
This works better with the Xtorm 300 that I also have (charges from 2 watts).Pro

Order cancelled
the order was simply cancelled although two different delivery dates were initially given...
the first between mid and end of January 2023 and the second between mid and end of December 2022.
Luckily I saved the order confirmation on the day of purchase (25.11.2022) so that I could take legal action if necessary.Contra
