Hello, Bought this product perfect except for water tank.. Now Fixed issue with 12 liter tank., You need the following, Electrical Horizontal water float, when tank is full the float is up and breaks the electrical circuit. 5v DC water pump, Water tank, as large as you like. USB Power bank. 2 Jobs need to be done on original tank, Drill hole near top for water float to go in Horizontal leave room so the float does not touch the lid, and another small hole for the water pipe. Now my tank fills automatically every time the float drops down, the circuit is closed and it starts the water pump. You can buy the float by Digitec and the other stuff any where else. Now only fill my tank every few days... Other wise perfect product,, I would recommend, plus I did contact manufacture but they informed me there is no option to expand tank at all....

Hello, On the Geberit website you can get a 15-day trial. Is it possible to have this option after buying with Galaxus? How do I register for the trial? Thank you

I'll let Galaxus answer for the test, but the product works really well, even after several years! You need to be careful about the type of toilet seat you use, as it shouldn't go too deep to leave room for the spray.

I would like to use this shower toilet on the toilet in the caravan. Has anyone already had experience with this and does it also work with a camping toilet?

The toilet shower works perfectly. The jet could perhaps be even stronger. Will it work with a camping toilet? If the seat has the same dimensions as a conventional toilet seat, then it should work. If the seat is smaller, then the jet could miss the target 🤔

Hello I am interested in this rear cleaner. Firstly, is the shower unit difficult to clean? Secondly, I only have two sockets behind the mirror cabinet. Does anyone have a practical solution? Thanks a lot

Hygienically, the article is impeccable in all cases. It may well be that the shower unit gets dirty, but everything can be cleaned very easily. Unfortunately, I can't help you with your electricity problem. Do you live in a rented flat? Can an electrician lay a reasonably nice cable in the cable duct?

Hello. As I don't have immediate access to my appliance, which is in my second home, I have looked on the Geberit website (https://www.geberit.fr/produits/pour-cuvettes-de-wc/CH3_2164036-FR_FR/dispositif-dappoint-pour-wc-geberit-aquaclean-cama/PRO_2152128-FR_FR/): it says 3 metres for the length of the cable. I would like to thank you for your help.

Which toilet lid is recommended or what do I have to look out for when buying? There needs to be a certain distance between the lid and the toilet rim for the shower unit. Would the Geberit lids fit?

I have a very simple one here with lowering fittings. (COOP Jumbo or DIY store approx. chf 50.00). I do not know the Geberit lid. Make sure there is a distance of approx. 1 cm between the edge of the lid and the bowl when the lid is closed or open. (ref plastic water hose)
