Specially developed for the 570 models, this baking stone adds a fully-fledged baking function to your barbecue. The stone is made of high-quality cordierite, which is known for its excellent heat storage properties. The porous surface draws moisture from the dough, resulting in a particularly crispy base.
Set in a sturdy stainless steel frame with side handles, the stone can also be handled safely with barbecue gloves (item 14.491.35).
