Homematic IP Radio switch actuator 2-fold for brand switches

The Homematic IP switching and measuring actuator for brand switches is part of the Homematic IP smart home system. With two independent channels, it allows for the connection of up to two lights, which can be turned on and off either traditionally via a push button on the device, smartly through the free Homematic IP app, or conveniently via voice control (Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant). The upper touch surface controls channel 1, while the lower one operates channel 2. This enables easy adaptation of the lights to individual control preferences, allowing them to be automatically turned on and off at any desired time or in relation to sunrise and sunset.

Thanks to its compact design, the switching actuator fits comfortably into standard flush-mounted boxes with a depth of at least 50 millimeters. Existing switches can be replaced with minimal effort, provided that a neutral wire is available in the flush-mounted box alongside the phase. With the appropriate adapter, the actuator can be integrated into the most common designs of leading switch manufacturers, allowing for the reuse of desired frames and single push buttons.

The switching actuator is suitable for controlling many consumers such as resistive loads, incandescent lamps, lamps with internal ballast, HV halogen lamps, NV halogen lamps with electronic or iron core transformers, fluorescent lamps, electric radiators, and electric heating systems.
