The Hedbox GIGABANK is an intelligent quad battery charging system consisting of one Hedbox RP-DC200V charger and four Nero-XL V-Mount batteries that also offer simultaneous charging and UPS/Power Bank functions.
In addition to mounting the four included batteries directly to your equipment individually, this GIGABANK can function as a hot-swappable battery power supply or as an AC adapter.
On the charger, there is an LCD screen that allows you to keep an eye on power, charge, channel, and mode status.
The kit is designed for studio or field use and includes a power supply/battery charger, four Nero-XL 300Wh batteries, and a 4-pin XLR power cable.
The included 4-pin XLR female to male DC power cable allows GIGABANK to be used as a Power Bank, supplying power to the DC output, either from AC input or mounted V-mount batteries.
If GIGABANK is running as a Power Bank and the AC input fails, power to the DC output is seamlessly switched to a mounted battery and then to the next battery when the first battery is discharged.
This UPS and continuous power function provides a valuable and constant DC power supply for audio, video, and lighting equipment with total independence from the regular mains power supply.
