Planing close to the edge with unlimited deep rebating due to the one-sided bearing of the planing head. Precise chamfering is achieved with a 90° V-groove in the plane sole. The chip depth adjustment is infinitely variable for increased precision when rebating and dressing. The constant cutting speed is maintained even at maximum cutting depth, thanks to electronic control. A smooth planing pattern is ensured by spiral blades, and there is no subsequent cleaning effort required due to efficient suction that can be selected for either the left or right side. The knife change is quick and easy. The HL 850 electric planer allows for planing and rebating close to the edge with no rebate depth limitation and no need for rework.
