Axelent X-GUARD machine guard, door mounting package

Machine protection grid X-GUARD, door attachment package, sliding door, double door, maximum width 2900 mm. X-GUARD is the protective fencing system for machines, equipment, robots, storage, and logistics with a safety distance of 200 mm from the hazard source. It complies with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. The required mesh size is 30 x 50 mm to prevent reaching through. The high-quality powder coating ensures durability. The door attachment kit allows for the conversion of wall elements into single, double-wing, or sliding doors. Installation is quick and easy.

Swing doors and sliding doors are available as single or double doors, and flexible installation is easily achievable. For the listed door attachment packages, at least one wall element and two floor supports are required. Please also order the necessary X-GUARD CLASSIC wall elements and X-GUARD CLASSIC floor supports! Preparation (lock case and handle) for the installation of a site-supplied Euro cylinder can be ordered as an accessory. A Euro locking system cannot be retrofitted.

Important ordering information for door attachment packages: When ordering the door attachment packages, it is essential to also order the required door wall elements from X-GUARD CLASSIC, X-GUARD CLASSIC floor supports, and the corresponding locking mechanism. The X-Lock system, including the appropriate safety switch, is available upon request. It features a mechanical pin that keeps the doors closed. The mechanism requires conscious operation of the door opening and closing from the outside. From the inside, X-Lock cannot be locked but can always be opened. EN ISO 12100 Chapter 5.5.3 applies.
