The instability of the base plate challenges your entire musculature, motor skills, and balance. The Togu Balance-Board Bike is not only a lot of fun - it also engages the brain and nervous system and improves overall sensorimotor skills. The goal is to keep the balance board in motion for as long as possible without letting the platform touch the ground. You can easily vary the difficulty level by adjusting the air pressure in the large ball/ball cushion, which can be regulated via a needle valve. The more pressure, the higher the difficulty level.
