With the Salomon XA Forces GTX in Black, Salomon has launched a reissue of the coveted XA PRO 3D outdoor boot, enhancing the tactical sector with a high-end product in 2020. This particularly lightweight tactical boot is ideal for authorities and military use, as it is optimized for quick and dynamic movements and is suitable as a tactical boot for all conditions. Rough terrains and ladders can be safely navigated thanks to the Contagrip® MD outsole with its wide profile. Long marches and extended operations in rugged terrain are improved by cushioning made of high-performance EVA energy cell foam, which absorbs steps and impacts. The foot is perfectly supported by an anatomically shaped OrthoLite® insole. In addition to extra cushioning, the sole also promotes air circulation and enhances breathability.

The upper material is completely non-reflective, an important feature for authorities, military, and security services. It is made from a combination of anti-debris mesh and PU-coated leather, providing both a robust surface and optimal air circulation. The toes are protected by a reinforced toe cap, which absorbs impacts, kicks, and shocks. The upper material of the shoe is waterproof thanks to the Gore-Tex coating, making it suitable for use in adverse weather conditions.
