Zipro One S
Zipro One S
So I would like to emphasise that I bought the device long before the start of the year and the flood of good resolutions!
As a declared exercise slacker, I had to recognise the signs of the times (advancing age) and therefore wanted to move more. In addition to regular walks, I thought a fitness bike would be a good thing. Since I never know how long I can keep something up, I decided to buy an inexpensive device. Knowing that you get what you pay for.
For this entry into again-something-more exercise, the Zipro One S is perfectly adequate, but it soon reaches its limits. Even the hardest resistance is not insanely challenging, less than 5 out of 8 is no longer perceptible for me. The display is good, even if the device distributes the calories burned much more generously than my smartwatch.
But what really surprises me is how small it is, or rather how small you have to be as a person for this home trainer to be usable. I'm just 162cm tall (small!) and I have the saddle on the highest position, which is extremely barely enough for me to stretch my knees decently. I can't imagine that people taller than me can exercise effectively with this machine.
As I said, for starters, the Zipro One S is perfectly adequate. But if I stick with training, I will have to replace it relatively soon.
Side note: Anyone who complains about Ikea's instructions obviously hasn't had to assemble anything NOT from Ikea for a long time.

Due to its low weight (which is a big advantage when moving it around the flat), the bike is quite wobbly. I needed it for therapy after an operation (just to move the joints, relaxed riding), and it was great for that. But if you like sporty riding, it's probably too unstable.

The bike is really small. I'm 164 cm tall and unfortunately it was too small for me. Have returned it
