Comfortable hiking boot

Perfect! - also for wider and higher feet
The shoe fits my (somewhat flat) feet perfectly. It has everything a trekking and/or hiking shoe needs (Goretex, sensible lacing, treaded soles, etc.). The sizing information is a little confusing - as is now common with shoes. If you (like me) wear size 43 or 44 for classic and rather wide-cut leather low shoes, you can easily go up to size 46 (or the American 11.5) for this shoe. (Fortunately, I had the opportunity to try the shoe on myself before I ordered it). Be sure to compare the prices of the different colour variants. The price differences - for the identical shoe - can be huge.

Wet feet
Very comfortable but sadly GTX ineffective: wet weather, wet feet. Very disapointing.Sent them back. Going for AKUs which I know and trust.
