Good price-performance ratio
Vest meets the expectations. It turns out a little large. Removing the weights is child's play, inserting them requires a little more patience.
I'm happy
The weight is distributed into 20 packets of 1.5kg, each has their own pocket and the weight can be altered to suit. Can use the empty pockets for a phone (iphone 14 pro fits great) and keys etc as the pockets are closed using Velcro.

Great whilst it lasts...
This was a surprisingly comfy jacket but it fell apart after a few short walks leaving me with a heavy pile of disappointment.

Good quality
Satisfactory. I use it regularly but as soon as you start doing jumping exercises, the straps tend to slip and go under the waistcoat which makes it less fitted and gives jolts at each jump.
