Finnlo by Hammer Bio Force Extreme
I purchased such a part in February last year and have been using it 5 times a week since then. What I find very great is the flexibility in terms of exercise variety and the compact design / weight. After more than a year of experience, however, I must say the following:
- kg-values measured with luggage scales: these serve at best as an approximate value, but do not have much to do with the effective weight applied; with my device, both pressure cylinders also do not seem to be equally strong.
- for actual strength training the thing is too weak: after about 4 months I managed 20 deadlift repetitions with maximum weight, then I started to buy dumbbells...
- the plastic rollers are egging (visibly) and squeak relatively soon, moreover the hole is getting bigger and bigger: if I continue like this I would have to replace them at least every 2 years.
- with my device were not both cables the same length (about 5cm) which can not be straightened and depending on the training pretty besch... is
- the exercise variety is great, but the manual contains exercises that couldn't possibly have ever worked (e.g. leg press lying down)
- recently the fixing screw of one cylinder just fell out.... at the same time I also noticed that one cylinder loses oil
My purchase arguments were price, weight compared to a weight station with weights, exercise variety and compact design. After a little over a year of strength training, I unfortunately have to say that for more far-reaching ambitions than physiotherapy, too many compromises were made and it is far cleaner and more complete to train with dumbbells. And I'm pretty disappointed with the durability of the device, I probably won't be able to use mine for a long time without first having to do a total overhaul - and that won't pay off.

Super device!!! you can really train all body areas. I can only weiteremphelen!!!!
Amazing so far. Top build quality, even resistance throughout the stroke, and can be used for pretty much any resistance exercise. Plenty of "weight" for a non-pro weight lifter, and the pistons look like they will last well. Easy to build with clear instructions, and a really nice nylon notebook to keep all docs/instructions together. Almost silent operation. A brutal, beautiful sculpture that will have real effects on your body if you dedicate time to it.

Pro:
The Finnlo Bio Force Extreme training equipment is top class in terms of training! The assembly instructions in the form of an elaborate folder are also convincing. The device is space-saving because there are no weights and the ropes move smoothly. All in all, I think the Bio Force is outstanding compared to training equipment with weights. The training can be optimised much better through the resistance than with usual weights and gives a better pump in my opinion. In addition, the training is almost noiseless.
Cons:
Unfortunately, the screws were botched. The specified screws (6x screw pins on the rollers) do not match the instructions. So I had to install more washers so that the whole thing runs cleanly. It is possible that I received a production error and that this is not the case with new orders. Another problem is the weight of the training device. Due to the lightness of the weight, the entire machine shifts with increased resistance during some exercises. However, this only affects exercises where you are not sitting on the training device. Here, one could work with additional wall brackets or floor fixations.
Conclusion:
For CHF 1000, I can recommend the device without hesitation.

Very versatile. Good price-performance ratio. Good workmanship.

Ideal strength station for regular, hoby use. The movements are not "guided", thus additional muscle groups are addressed. However, with higher weight loads, the feeling is not quite the same as with free weights.
