Good evening I'm looking for a floor protection mat for my apartment, under the treadmill... What about the material of this mat? Plastic is a broad term.... Is the mat (or another product of the same size) not made of natural rubber? Thank you very much.

Is the mat easy to unroll, roll up and put away again? I would only use it as a sports equipment mat during sports and then roll it up again and put it away.

Is it waterproof? I would like to place it as a surface for my dog's puppy pen to protect the hardwood floors

Well it is sweat proof. But this depends on the amount of "water"/"sweat" :) I guess you could try - water shouldn't flow through it.

How thick is this mat?

approx. 1-2mm. Have been using the product for a few months now and am very satisfied. It comes rolled up and takes a few days to "gel". I use it for a power rack.
