The C7 cable and the Shimano adapter are not included in the standard scope of delivery of the Tacx NEO 2T Smart. You don't need wifi for the Tacx itself, but you do for zwift. I haven't tried Rouvy yet. It's possible that you can download tracks to ride in offline mode.

If it doesn't get wet, yes. I wouldn't leave it out in the rain. I have mine in the basement and always leave everything set up and the bike harnessed.

I bought mine in Dec 2020 and it was brand new in the spring, don't know of any new developments since then.

The Tacx Neo 2T Smart is compatible with a Gravel Addict 30 2020 bike fitted with a 12mm axle, as it supports bolt-thru type axles (142x12mm). Make sure the cassette is compatible with the drive sprocket, generally 11 sprockets for this model.
