Hello, yes this is possible. You can combine all the weights and screw them onto the support bars. Of the heaviest weights of 2.5 kg each, a maximum of 6 can be placed on one dumbbell (3 on each side).

Shipping. Here, a package weighing 30 kg is included in the price. Gorillasport adds 15 francs shipping and then the price is exactly the same. However, I bought this dumbbell set from Galaxus a year ago for much less, probably that was a mistake (they forgot to include the high shipping costs).
