Product details

The Define sunglasses were designed for performance on and off the bike, embodying the functionality and active heritage of POC. With a lightweight Grilamid frame for flexibility and durability, along with hydrophilic rubber on the temples and nose bridge, the glasses stay securely in place even during intense activity. Featuring Clarity lens technology, the lenses regulate the color spectrum for enhanced contrast and color representation while mountain biking or in the city. The lens is shaped to accommodate prescription lenses. The Define sunglasses are designed for trail use but are also functional in everyday life and fit seamlessly with the Axion helmet.

Carl Zeiss lenses have been recognized and valued for over a hundred years for their top-notch optical expertise in eyewear, medical devices, and optics. The Carl Zeiss lenses from POC are made of polycarbonate and offer excellent optical performance. All combinations of tints and mirrors have been carefully selected to minimize internal glare and maximize the benefits of the base tint.

Clarity lenses redefine vision while riding. Developed by POC in collaboration with Carl Zeiss Vision Sunlens, Clarity lenses filter specific wavelengths in the color spectrum to enhance visual precision. The lenses intensify color and contrast and are specifically tailored to various riding environments, particularly urban, trail, and road settings.

POC doesn't promise too much: the focus of the Define is more on mountain biking and the relaxed coffee afterwards than on skiing and high alpine touring. It sits pleasantly light on the nose. The temple ends can be adjusted to a certain extent. The only non-phototropic goggles in the test, so no overall rating.
