The stable cross trainer CS 5, available in two appealing designs, is equipped with a wear-free magnetic braking system and a whisper-quiet flat belt drive, allowing for a noise-reduced workout with excellent running characteristics. The pedaling resistance can be adjusted in 8 levels from easy to hard using the resistance regulation. The user-friendly computer features a large LCD display that is easy to read and can be operated with just 5 buttons. The hand pulse sensors are integrated into the fixed handle and can be used for pulse monitoring during training. The three-way adjustable, non-slip footplates ensure a stable foot position while pedaling. Additionally, depending on the position of the footplates, one can achieve a more or less pronounced range of motion and choose the distance to the handles. The transport wheels allow for easy relocation, and the height-adjustable foot caps ensure a secure stand for the device. Home fitness training with the CS 5 cross trainer means weather-independent full-body workouts for physical fitness. The combination of treadmill, home trainer, and stepper, along with the elliptical motion both forward and backward with ergonomically optimized handlebars, provides a particularly joint-friendly workout for the leg, glute, hip, thigh, and arm muscles.
