The stand raises the barbell to a height of 80 cm, allowing you to comfortably adjust the desired weights while standing and lift the Bowflex SelectTech from the stand without straining your back. The Bowflex SelectTech Dumbbell Stand also features two additional perks. Firstly, a media shelf has been installed in the middle of the stand, where you can place your smartphone or tablet to watch workout videos during your session. The second perk includes two extra storage options for the barbell below the main shelf. Overall, the Bowflex SelectTech Barbell Stand is designed to be very compact and ergonomic, enabling you to train without putting undue stress on your back and enjoy your strength training.
