This point system is completely counterproductive if there's no commercial gesture like promotional vouchers! Lousy marketing

I also thought that my loyalty would give me advantages, but it seems that sometimes they randomly award vouchers... but I still haven't seen anything with more than 16' points.

It makes me think about looking for another platform.
