Replacement unit broken again after 1 year.

I just got the blender yesterday, but it's already 1000x better than my previous NutriBullet 1000. That's worlds!!!! My new one from Trisa IS THE HAMMER!!! Lieser than NutriBullet, the smoothies are absolutely gorgeous smooth ( compare very well to my high blender ) super fast even with ice cubes and/ or frozen veggies/fruit.
I will recommend to everyone. Small tip - have ordered directly from Trisa by phone (not available on the web) still 2 sports lids and 2 smaller cups - if it is someone too little in the supplied package. Should be there in 1-2 days on account. That's what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE and customer friendly. Applies to GALAXUS and Trisa.
Speaking of THANKS GALAXUS for the 5 year warranty - have experienced in Media Markt total rip-off regarding this same device. You won't see me there for a while.

Fantastic value for the price
I expected to get a flimsy entry-level blender. Instead this is a carefully packed, solid kitchen appliance. The base is heavy and stable, and sits on suction cups which plant it very firmly on my ceramic cooktop. The included two mixing containers, and their lids, are similarly thick, great-quality plastic, and everything has silicone seals. I'm avoiding calling it "heavy duty" because you can only run it for a maximum of a minute before you need to let it cool down, but otherwise it certainly seems very well built.
The mixer only has one button; you press it halfway for momentary actuation, or fully to lock it to "on," so any pulsing you have to do yourself.
The main downside is that the blade is now on the wide end of the mixing container, so you may get things around the edges that aren't getting blended, and then you have to take the container off, unscrew the top, scrape the edges, and do it again; a little bit more annoying than a mixer where you just pop the lid and scrape the edges.
There's a safety feature which requires you to insert the mixing containers and lock them in place before the motor will turn on. (There's a stab-and-twist bayonet lock.)
So far I've used it for smoothies, salsa and guacamole, and it has done well for all of those.
Also kudos to the color and finish of the base unit, it looks really sexy.Pro

Worth the money, powerful enough to crush ice and easy to clean
Since I'm an exchange student here in Switzerland I'm only stay here for another 6 month, Originally, I was looking for a portable blender that I might able to bring home, BUT I realize the portable one have issue to crush ice and you have to be very careful with the portion,it stuck from time to time. I don't like that limitation. Plus, it cost you 49CHF with only 300W in power, Althought, at the time I didn't know Trisa the brand and there wasn't much review on this product neirther on youtube, but I'm glad I choose this, made my life simpler, especically during this pandemic. Loving it and strongly recommend!!! We use this in our shared kitchen, smoothie, power booster or cocktails.

Powerful, easy to clean blender
THE BEST BLENDER! I have used other blenders in the past, but this is by far the best blender I have ever had. It's powerful, can crush ice, doesn't take up much space in the kitchen, is easy to clean, and makes perfect smoothies! If you don't have one yet and want a blender, this is the best tip! Highly recommended!

I don't need to mention anything about the positives as they are clear.
Negatives:
Loud. Yes it is a bit loud but is ok. Maximum mixing process according to manufacturer 1min. Otherwise, the engine overheats ... what I find a pity because it is a "Fancy device" at a low price. Spare parts have uch on the fast Internet nothing found... but for 50fr you can get a new one directly, if it should stop working. As far as I know, the machines from Trisa should last at least 20 years, since many of my devices from Trisa have survived in my household for so long. Let's see how long it will survive in my Bubble Tea shop! :')Pro

Very good for baby porridge
We need the thing to make baby porridge (fruits, vegetables, oil, nuts) and comes out very quickly a fine porridge without pieces. Letzthin but I have also made whipped cream in what feels like 3 seconds.
The only drawback: The container has vertical grooves inside (probably for better mixing). These make it a bit fiddly to scrape out the last bits, but that's for perfectionists.Pro

Doesn't work anymore after 1 year of regular smoothie, galaxus after sales service is very difficult and you have to pay for the return to the manufacturer instead of exchanging it in a digitec/galaxus shop.
Rubber seal is mixed in
When I wanted to eat the mixed sauce, there were pieces of the rubber seal inside. I then took the seal away. The next time, there were fragments of another seal in the food. Only usable if you tear off all the rubber stuff first.

Already the second time defective...
The blender in itself tiptop, only... the first time it broke after 2 months. There was suddenly a bang and the device became enormously loud. After that, a lot of lubricating oil leaked out. The replacement product had exactly the same problem after only 4-6 months. Suddenly (really really!) extremely loud and again started leaking lubricating oil. Again, the product went back to Galaxus. We are now buying another one. Merci for our requested and fast money back from Galaxus

The Trisa blender is very disappointing. Unfortunately, the blades do not go all the way to the edge, so the fruit is not chopped very well. The appliance has even more trouble with frozen fruit. Unfortunately, there is also nothing included in the scope of delivery with which you could press the product down.
