Excellent machine, considering the price. I used to have a Toyota Jeans 15, which was more precise (less deviation on long seams, for example). and more generalist This one handles thin fabrics, but is clearly designed for thicker ones. Comparing the two, the Super Jeans 17 has more power, but less finesse

I wish I had come across this machine years ago it would have saved me a lot of frustration of inconveniences like thread breaking continual rethreading needle & upper & lower tension problems.Pro
- remarkable & unbeatable on multi layer stitching jobs
- probably its simplicity sufficient choice of stitches for average person
