*Suitable for induction only
I bought two pans because of the good reviews. I immediately noticed that the pans heat up much worse than my old ones from Migros. Presumably they compromised on usability with glass ceramic in favour of induction. A great pity. But we're keeping them now and living with it.
Update 21.4.2022: I found out with a ruler what the problem is: the bottoms of both pans are not flat but curved upwards on the inside. Since the contact to the plate is missing, the heat cannot be transferred. Have declared defective for both pans.
I wonder how it is possible for something like this to slip through quality control.
Anyone who has induction shouldn't notice, as it doesn't matter there.Pro
