It's beautiful and an eye-catcher. However, it's unusable in the bedroom. I have no idea how people call this fan silent, especially when it's on the oscillation mode: There is a irritating noise, which for me makes it impossible to sleep with the fan on. I can sleep fine with a dyson or a cheap 40 CHF fan but not with the peter. There should be a fourth mode, sleep, which is weaker than level 1 because level 1 is already pretty strong.
Some decibel-values from my phone, taken about 20 cm above the fan:
Level 1: 37-39 decibel.
Level 2: 46-47 decibel.
level 3: Around 55 decibel

Performance corresponds to a "normal" fan. Loud at the highest level.

Looks great, high quality product, easy to move around, assemble and deal with. Looks good in the room - doesn't take up too much space and it is not bulky.
