This was the absolute wrong purchase. Already previously criticized as loud, I thought, there is someone but again tricky. Packet received on time as usual from Galaxus, unpacked, turned on and then the feeling of a sports airport in the living room by the fan. Very sad.

The "Otto" is not quite as loud as I feared based on the many reviews in this regard. At least on the lowest setting, I find it quite quiet. However, the air flow rate at the lowest level is also quite low. You have to sit close to it to notice a significant effect.
On the two higher levels, where it "blows" more, it is rather loud. For running on the side, only the lowest level suits me.
I like the design and there is not much to complain about in the workmanship. However, the rotary switch could be a bit "crisper", because it feels quite spongy.
I find it IRRITATING that the manufacturer prominently promises a "seamless bamboo ring", although the bamboo ring on my device has two seams...
In my opinion, a remote control and the possibility to adjust the angle of inclination could have been added for the steep price of 155 euros. Unfortunately, neither is available.
Accordingly, I would conclude that you are paying Otto for a technically average fan with an above-average look. You have to decide for yourself whether the pretty design is worth the corresponding surcharge.
