Proper ice cream maker; you can continuously produce new ice cream. Works well. The mixer is clunky; therefore, a bit cumbersome to remove the ice cream from it. The lid is plastic; what if it breaks?
Heavy machine, 11kg. Compact, but a bit tall (34.5cm). For me, it goes in the closet.
Compared to size and weight, the container for the ice cream is tiny. But it is possible to fill a good 9 dl of ice cream liquid.
After that, I take out the ice cream, fill 4 portions into tubs and put them in the freezer, and fill two more small bowls with ice cream to eat immediately. The ice cream melts quickly in the tin bucket that is lifted out.
Simple to use, turn the knob to Glace, push in, then turn the wheel until the desired freezing time is displayed, push again, and it runs. Set 30 - 40 minutes.
The mixer stops turning when the mass is too solid, so as not to overload the machine.
After the time has elapsed, the machine switches to continue cooling.
You can lift the small metal bucket for the ice cream out of the machine, wash it and put it back. There is no need to clean the machine itself.
I can highly recommend the machine.
The Severin ice cream maker has completely won me over. With the 2-in-1 function, we can make both ice cream and yoghurt, which is particularly practical in summer. Once the ice cream is ready, the automatic cooling function keeps our creations perfectly chilled for up to 60 minutes. The lid is easy to open, which makes adding ingredients while blending super simple. Despite its 1.2 litre capacity, it fits well in our kitchen and doesn't take up too much space. Highly recommended for all ice cream lovers!

Great value for money. As the ice cream maker is tall and not wide, it fits perfectly in a kitchen cupboard.
The recipe booklet supplied offers some delicious ice cream creations that are easy to make and make 3 good portions. I always add a little more cream to make the ice cream creamier. If you put the container in the freezer beforehand, the ice cream is ready even faster. The only annoying thing is scraping the ice cream off the mixer, as you can hardly get a grip on it. But I can overlook that if I can enjoy homemade ice cream in return.
My favourite creation: banana and vanilla ice cream with chocolate chips, Baileys and banana slices.
