Top price / performance
Have the washing machine only a few days in operation, but am very pleasantly surprised. Actually, this was an emergency purchase because my Miele has given up the ghost after almost 18 years and Miele has enormously long delivery times at the moment ...
Am but as mentioned above already positively surprised by the processing ung quality of the machine!
PS: If my satisfaction against my expectations should shift to the negative, I will of course leave a review again ;)
Small tip on the side: Please do NOT choose the Swiss Post as a floor deliverer ... absolutely only had trouble with the association! Ifs about the service of the post office it would be a maximum of 0.5 stars ... but the product is great and can yes nix for the ""service"" of the post 👌🏽👍🏽🙈Pro

Machine unusable after 2 years
Hello,
Our machine was displaying an error message and a technician sent by Galaxus came to unblock it. Following this intervention, our machine started to leak and we found the room flooded. It is unusable after 2 years! I would not recommend this product.A Well Priced Competent Washing Machine.
Set-up instructions are not very detailed but once setup, the washer is easy to use. IOT features are actually useful.

Very quiet, works perfectly
We received the machine 1 day after ordering. It was delivered by post and I was able to determine the approximate time of delivery online. We opted for curbside delivery. Everything went well except the hose holder broke during transport. (Since then it has been in use and works perfectly.
