Connectivity rather poor
Serves its purpose as a refrigerator. Unfortunately, the camera apparently does not work with all Samsung phones.

Samsung Family Hub RS8000
Service provider Cool AG unreliable. Galaxus delivered on time to the service provider, Cool AG wanted to have enough deliveries in our area before they delivered. Would have had to wait 2 weeks until after Christmas, even though we had explained that it was an emergency. 80% of the food broken. Definitely do not recommend service through Cool AG. Installation and commissioning are so easy it's not worth the money.

Delivery and service
Ordered fridge which was supposed to be delivered within 2-3 days. It is 2 weeks and still not delivered neither the arrogant service can provide the information when it will happen. Disappointing!
