I don't understand why, if I want water at 85° and maintain it at that temperature, the water must first boil at 100° and then take all its time to come down to 85° and maintain it there! What a waste of time and energy!

The water is adjustable at 5°C intervals, and heats the water very quickly.
The beep is not too loud for me, I'm even glad that it has this volume, so I can hear the three times beeping (boiling process completed) even in the next room.
The opening button is in the middle of the lid, this prevents the lid from popping open.
The water display is somewhat difficult to read. Tip: after use, leave the lid open, so the moisture in the water level indicator can get out.
Labelling on the knobs gone after 1 week, limescale strainer has been falling out constantly for some time, can hardly be opened as the knob is stuck when the kettle is cold. Definitely not worth the price. Too bad, because the degree setting is really practical (e.g. for baby food/shopping).

Even after two years, this kettle works like it did on day one and shows no signs of changing anytime soon.
