Finally washing large glasses in the machine
Now I can wash thin-walled and long-stemmed wine glasses in the machine and no longer have to do it by hand.
The installation in the machine is initially something to get used to.Pro

Works great, but too wide for 55cm dishwasher
As CH 55cm dishwashers from Electrolux are supplied with relatively simple baskets, the usual wine glass holders are missing. This product remedies this, but is clearly intended for use in Euronorm (60cm) dishwashers. Otherwise a solid product.

Good, but not suitable for long glass stems
Basically good, but a bit clunky. We can't store all our large glasses well. It's all a bit complicated to place. All in all, better than nothing, but not super easy either.

Solution that is not a solution after all
Firstly, Elektrolux builds dishwashers for people with Ikea mugs / glasses (I have nothing against these people), wine glasses are not provided for. So now there is this part to compensate for the deficits of the dishwasher.
But why isn't it high enough to fit all the glasses?
Until now, we had to tinker in order to wash the glasses safely in the dishwasher, but with the investment in this glass rack, we are now tinkering further. Simply different.Pro

This is quite large and awkward so takes up a lot of space in the dishwasher and only really holds 6 glasses comfortably. None of my glasses fit easily, the top bar seems to hit exactly where the end of the glass does which makes it difficult for the glasses to sit well in the device. The blue band which holds the stem of the glasses does not seems sturdy so I doubt it will last very long. After using these stick in the closed position it is with some difficulty it is pulled out to be used again.

Bad product, but ESPECIALLY BAD after sales service.
We bought this product, opened it and the product is not what we wanted.
IMPOSSIBLE to return it despite undamaged packaging!!! Information not clear at all on the return service!
Very disappointed with the Galaxus policy regarding returns and customer service.
In conclusion, we will not recommend any product of this type on this site and recommend to be very careful with every purchase! No flexibility from the after sales service by phone and very arrogant :-((
