A worthwhile investment for barista beginners!
I own the ECM Casa since the end of 2018. It looks good and offers what you expect from a single-circuit!
Perfect for an espresso and cappuccino. I make myself a cappuccino the most. Also for my guests. The milk foam comes out best when I foam for 2 cappuccinos, which is 180ml of milk. The machine heats up quickly (about 5-10min). After it heats up, I always let out a cup of hot water. This way the cup gets warm right away. Then the machine starts to heat up again. So succeeds in my experience the coffee best.
Making a cappuccino for more than 4-5 people takes a lot of time, as it is only a single-circuit machine. But the price difference is also corresponding.
It is important not to save on the grinder either, but make a purchase there that you would not regret even if you upgrade to a dual-circuit.Pro
