Dyson DC29 dB Allergy
Fine unit, still meets our expectations of Dyson quality. Like our old original yellow-grey unit, the new one has a very high quality finish and feels like it. It lies well and stably on the floor and can be tightened as usual. Despite initial scepticism, the new all-plastic tube is completely convincing, is lighter and feels very valuable. The new brush head is also convincing and does what it is supposed to. The device itself is quite a bit quieter than our first one, but still sucks very powerfully and is therefore much better despite the HEPA filter that we didn't have before. So it's a very good improvement. Costs a bit more than other bagless devices, but is definitely worth the money. The device is sold with a German plug, including a free, very small adapter, which is not a problem. Absolutely recommended for those who have the budget.

Am very happy with the product. This model is slightly heavier than my previous Dyson which I used for 10 years but overall I'm happy that I got an upgraded model.
This was delivered the day after I placed an order which is very impressive!
Typical Dyson quality. Everything is very good with one exception: the hoover gets very hot during operation. I hope that the device will not stop working again soon.....
Suction power is convincing, but the vacuum cleaner has a few points that (at least for me) are a bit annoying:
1. the infinitely variable suction power control consists of pulling a lever on the tube. This lets air in at the side of the tube and the suction power "fizzles out" instead of the suction motor being throttled.
2. the connection of the hose to the hoover encourages the hose to wrap around the hoover when vacuuming. This means that when you pull on the hose, the vacuum cleaner "tumbles" with it.
3. the suction head is not suitable for rough stone slabs and makes noise when driving over them.

The hoover is quite okey, it's just a pity about the EU plug. But since you don't have to and can't put the Dyson on the back, it doesn't bother.
The noise level is also within reason, it's not as quiet as some have claimed, but not as loud as other hoovers either. All in all, a very good product from Dyson.
I also like the 5-year warranty, the last Dyson hoover lasted 10 years, let's see how long this one lasts.
