Convenient handling and fast sealing
Super product/ catastrophic delivery
The device itself works perfectly and completely fulfils my expectations. However, the journey to delivery was a disaster.
I have already replied to the review email about the delivery, but unfortunately have not received any feedback. Even the friendly phone call with Galaxus this morning was unable to resolve the matter. I was advised to inform them again in writing. Instead of the vacuum sealer I ordered, I received a heating rod. A gentleman from Schaffhausen, who had received my vacuum sealer, contacted me by telephone. A few days later, someone from your shipping partner contacted me and informed me of the mix-up, but promised to send the correct products immediately. Unfortunately, this did not happen.
I then contacted the gentleman who had received my device again. He was kind enough to forward the vacuum sealer to me and I reimbursed him for his efforts. However, I never heard from the supplier or Galaxus again. This is very disappointing as I am used to better service.Pro

A super vacuuming machine
I need this vacuuming machine several times a week. It prevents food waste because the food stays fresh longer.
It vacuums perfectly and seals the bags with a double seam. If you vacuum a lot, it is worth spending a little more money.
The only drawback is that the machine takes up a certain amount of space.Pro
