very beautiful, that's all
there is not a trace of maximum water volume, so it overflows with boiling water!!! It is very stylish and beautiful, I had taken it even knowing that you couldn't see the filling from the outside, but you can't tell how far to fill it safely, shame! Beautiful, yes, but that's all... Materials to be improved instead of a plastic that stains easily, by a surface easy to clean. In short, a great design against a very very very low pragmatism...

Doesn't work after 2 years ...
I bought this kettle on 24 February 2022, and 2 months after the end of the guarantee, it no longer works... I'm extremely disappointed and annoyed!

Very nice design - cheap feel
As I had read the other comments beforehand, I knew what I was getting into: Very nice design, which fits well in our kitchen; but VERY cheap feel to the touch: feels like a USD 9.99 product from Aliexpress.
But works perfectly. In this respect, the product fulfils my expectations.
What really bothers me is the fact that Galaxus still supplies products with EU plugs - although a CH adapter plug is supplied, everyone knows that this blocks a 3-pin socket. I don't understand why Galaxus can't exert more pressure on its suppliers to supply products that conform to the Swiss standard. Perhaps we Swiss are too tolerant here?
Suggestion: Perhaps it would already help if it were clearly communicated that an exchange by the customer for a normal Swiss plug would not affect the guarantee.Pro

Attention black display image, but white product!
Ordered the wrong kettle, thought it was black as it is pictured in black on the display picture!

Too fragile!
The design is quite nice but it is too fragile, I do not recommend it for a family with several people. The lid comes off very easily. In fact, I would like to return this kettle.
