According to the information available on the manufacturer's website, it should be possible to set the air conditioner between 16 and 31°C (up to 60m³ of volume).
Unfortunately, I couldn't find this information anywhere on the web. But with a bit of luck, someone else will answer your question.
Hello That is exactly how it is. If there is no exhaust hose through a window or door to the outside possible, the circulation of the cold air with the warm air circulation in the room is a zero-sum game. The effect would then be like a fan that only increases the air flow, but cannot lower the room temperature. A window kit is available as an additional item. The installation is very easy and the kit prevents insects and other animals from entering. And the warm exhaust air hose is also better fixed to the outside.
There's no such thing as buying yourself. Digitec is obliged to supply electrical appliances with a Swiss plug. Either with a suitable replacement cable if the mains cable is pluggable. Or alternatively, if the mains cable is permanently connected, with a suitable adapter. Complain to customer service and insist on an adapter, free of charge. It is not the customer's responsibility to look for a suitable plug, but a problem for Digitec.
