Why does it need *9cm distance to the side of the wall? In my case, the dishwasher would be right next to it with a shelf on top.

This is about the minimum distance from any wall to the cut-out in the well. Otherwise there is a risk of the worktop breaking and the oven and hob cannot be installed properly. If the worktop is continuous at the top anyway, as in the other photos, the "problem" is solved anyway. The side clearance must not be less than 9 cm.
