Currently we can only offer this accessory Neato Robotics Spiral Blade as none of our sources can offer us any other accessories.
Hi Rolf, yes, it still has them, BUT then you don't need this model, one of the smaller versions will do.
"The Neato can overcome obstacles, thresholds or changes in floor surface with a height of up to 19 mm(3/4 inch)." Source: https://support.neatorobotics.com/hc/de/articles/225370087-Was-ist-die-maximale-H%C3%B6he-eines-Hindernisses-%C3%BCber-das-der-Neato-Roboter-fahren-kann-
you can find them at: https://www.myrobotcenter.fr/fr_fr/neato-botvac-filtre-ultra-performance
It seems to me that Digitec/Galaxus only sell the vacuum cleaning robots themselves and unfortunately do not buy any accessories with them. This is of course annoying, yet I have found some accessory items from the manufacturer itself, perhaps you can order there: https://neatorobotics.com/de/zubehoer/
It seems to be almost the same article, the only real difference is the supplier.
Please contact customer service so that we can order it for you: https://helpcenter.galaxus.ch/hc/fr / Normally, this is the one: Max Hauri Fixed adapter (Schuko socket, Type E+F (CEE 7/7)) / You can also buy it and then ask us to reimburse you for it, as you prefer.
It's actually the D7 Connected (which is a different SKU than the D750 or D701 - which, as far as I can tell, are only sold in the UK) It's part # 905-0415
All accessories are available at myrobotcenter
My current NEATO is number 4. The first one committed suicide and plunged 3m under a railing. He first pushed the black magnetic tape down and then himself. That's why for number2, also a D3, I stuck on the magnetic tape for the barrier. N2 did well, but when he still wanted to clean the stairs, he got some cracks in his body. Despite superglue, it never really recovered. That's why N3, a D5, came as a replacement. It still works, but is squeaky loud, although it is not yet 2 years old. After 16 months it got a new battery. Now N4, a D7, has arrived. It works more quietly than its predecessors, but hums strongly as soon as the side brush turns. At some point there was another Samsung. It works well, but cleaning the collection container is too time-consuming. Moreover, it is not programmable. That's why it sits unemployed in a corner. If N4 has such a short lifespan again, I'll change brands. However, it will be difficult to find a vacuum cleaner that cleans so well and also scoops up pet hair on the carpet.
Yesterday, the device was marked as "Offer of the day".
The picture is for illustration purposes only. The D7 is supplied.
