I had the same problem with black lining and finding the spare part. It might have been this one, but I wasn't 100% sure: https://shop.sanitastroesch.ch/siebkappe-mit-bajonett-kwc-domo/6911+179.305.000.html?lang=en In view of the high price of the spare part and the fact that my shower was still dripping from the side, I replaced the entire shower.

I replaced my 10 year old with this one, but of course I can't give you a guarantee without more information.
You would have to explain the product you are mentioning a little, not everyone here will go looking for you right away :-).
The important thing is the threaded connection, e.g. 1/2", so that it fits.

I would check the KWC website at https://www.kwc.ch/startseite.html.
The thread does, but I can't judge whether the pull-out fits seamlessly. In any case, I would never mix spare parts from different manufacturers.
